The Heart of
This Space
It's so good to have you here.
As a little girl, I would sit in bed and look out my bedroom window, wishing on stars and talking to the moon.
It became a quiet place where I could carry my dreams, my questions, and the parts of my heart I didn't yet have words for.
As I grew older, those conversations became journal pages.
My prayers were written to God.
My dreams were written to the moon.
Somewhere along the way, the moon became more than something hanging in the night sky. It became a gentle reminder that I was never speaking into emptiness. It felt as though someone was listening with quiet patience, holding every hope, every question, and every tear until I was ready to place them into God's hands.
I thought I was writing to the moon.
Looking back, I think God was gently teaching me how to hear His voice in the quiet.
Why I Continue to Write
Today, those journals have become Whispers to the Moon.
Some stories are rooted in memory, others in imagination, but all of them are shaped by the emotional truths that linger long after a season has passed.
I don't write to provide answers.
I write because sometimes the greatest gift we can offer one another is recognition.
The quiet relief of realizing:
"I'm not the only one who has ever felt this way."

I'm a woman who feels everything deeply, and I write to explore the emotions that move through us long after a moment has passed.
I write to the moon, to God, and to the part of myself that refuses to become smaller than she was created to be.
I find beauty in ordinary moments, the warmth of coffee in my hands, light spilling through a window, the way the body remembers how to soften after carrying too much.
